We are looking for a talented Innovation Assistant to provide administrative support to our dynamic and fast-paced Innovation Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Assembling all prototypes
Preparing sales meeting demo presentation materials (i.e. scent boards, product demos)
Providing administrative support for the entire team, (i.e. expense reports)
Utilizing Asana for project tracking and handling clean up and maintenance of the system
Scheduling steering committee meetings and preparing presentation materials
Assisting with the creation of sales training materials
Handling innovation focus group board maintenance
Assisting with the development of innovation newsletter
Providing focus group support
Conducting market research including both digital and shop outs at local retailers
Reviewing trend data research and preparing presentations for key new market trends in our industry and adjacent industries
Handling product portfolio catalog creation and maintenance
- Involvement in other special projects and initiatives, as needed.
In order to be successful, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree – product/project management, marketing or design major is a plus
- At least six months of experience providing administrative support
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Exceptional Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge
- Knowledge of Asana is a plus
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver assignments on time
