In Home Caregiver – Hawthorne, NY 10532

We are seeking an attentive and trustworthy Caregiver in Westchester County, NY to join our non-medical home care agency in providing excellent care for our clients.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Socialization and companionship
  • Reminding clients of medications and appointments
  • Transportation, errands, and more

Education Requirements:

  • New York State Nurse Aide/HHA Certification or 1 year of recent experience*

Caregiver Requirements:

  • Reliable Transportation
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance (Preferred)
  • Valid CPR Card
  • Eligibility Documentation to work in the US
  • Annual Physical and Negative TB results (PPD or chest X-ray)
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Car and Auto Insurance is a HUGE PLUS

Covid-19: Our caregivers will undergo daily monitoring checks, and will not report to work if symptomatic and/or have had direct exposure with a confirmed Covid-19 case. PPE will be provided as availability allows.

Physical demands: Frequent standing, walking, and usage of hands. Frequent bending, twisting, and/or kneeling.

Job Type: Part-time, Contract

Salary: $550-800/week

Experience: Relevant 1 year (Preferred)
