The Health Center Service Specialist provides service and support to the health center members to achieve world class member experience. Your duties will be performing operations support, including opening and closing procedures, general facility coordination and safety protocols; greeting and registering members and following established procedures for optimal member experience; and monitoring and processing incoming messages, phone calls, and faxes, and resolving or routing to appropriate care teams. The Health Center Service Specialist will also schedule appointments, request and post payments, and educate members on health center policies and procedures and any wellness program offerings. Basic Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of professional office experience, preferably in a clinical or health care setting


  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to Kansas City, MO
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
