Provides superior customer service in support of the welcoming and screening of patients, visitors, and employees to all Cheshire Medical Center facilities to assist in safety and high quality care. Greets and welcomes all to our facilities. Screens all coming through our doors for COVID-19 related symptoms. Provides proper mask to those entering based on symptoms or status of patient, visitor, or employee as directed. Properly takes the temperature of those entering our facility. Asks employees to leave our facility if they are symptomatic; directing them to contact occupational medicine and their supervisor for next steps. At all times, wears appropriate PPE for their role at the door as directed.
High School Diploma preferred. Must be able to effectively communicate in person and over the telephone. Verbal proficiency in the English language required. Exceptional customer service experience required.

Schedule: Full-time 40 hours/week, Days/Evenings; Alternating weekdays & weekends, Monday – Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm
