You will have significant exposure to campaign strategy, tactical optimization, reporting, analytics, data science, and broader company objectives.
This is an ideal role for a candidate who is looking to build a career in direct marketing and loves to blend analytic rigor with creative strategy to build high-impact marketing programs. Key Responsibilities · Develop quarterly full funnel tactical plans across global markets, including iterations on existing programs and new launches. · Develop a robust testing roadmap in partnership with analytics and product manager(s). Partner closely with your vendor representatives to ensure alignment on your plans, and that they are thinking of ebay for all new alphas and betas.
Close partnership with other paid channel leads, sharing plans, learnings, and best-practices. Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization to exceed aggressive company goals; utilize a strong background in experiment design and evaluation Manage audiences, creatives, budget and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency for owned programs; including technical setup of experiments and analysis of results Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive best practices, identify testing opportunities, and develop roadmaps. Project manage complex work streams and initiatives, building out internal procedures, policies and tutorials as needed. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree; 3-5+ years of experience scaling & optimizing digital channels focused n customer acquisition, retention and conversion, preferably for an ecommerce company · Experience in consumer lifecycle marketing a plus but not required.
- Deep understanding of Google AdWords, Google’s advertising products, and more broadly the DSP / Networks landscape · Deep understanding of fraud, viewability, and other key functions that impact the channel, performance, and quality control Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPI, CPC, CPM, CPA, & LTV) and optimization strategies (ROAS, tCPA, etc..) · Deep analytical skills translating, who is able to turn complex data analysis into meaningful and actionable insights; Proficiency in Excel, SQL experience is a plus · A good understanding of brand and creative elements that can help improve performance. · Excellent critical thinking and execution skills. · Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts related to digital marketing, and more specifically Display advertising. · Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
