Manage and grow vendor relationships with our carrier partners
Operational duties including dispatching drivers, rate quoting, negotiating, customer service

A freight broker is essentially the middle man between a customer, a trucking company, a shipper, and a receiver. Brokers operate as the a ring leader, managing all aspects of the show. Negotiating prices with your customer. Contracting/booking a trucking company to pick up and deliver your customers products Brokers make their money on the margin the difference in price that your customer pays you minus what you pay a truck to perform those services. Customers pay this premium to you, the broker, because you make their life easier and keep their business running smooth.

Logistics experience preferred, but not required
