We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking individual who will be responsible for leading, growing and managing our new food brand's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok?). Someone who is well-versed and experienced in growing brand awareness and driving sales. Our internal Creative Arts team would provide a brand guide, and some digital assets as well. Previous food marketing experience is a plus. We are hoping to have a game plan set by March, before our official soft launch in April/May. This role is mostly independent, but communicates with our internal Marketing team for the review/approval process.

Responsibilities:

– Create, grow and maintain the Huy Fong Sriracha Ramen social media accounts

  • -Goal: aim to reach 10k by the end of the year (or earlier)*

– Schedule out social posts 2-4 weeks out in advance in order to get internal approval

  • – about 3 posts each week (after initial launch)*

– Schedule ad campaigns through social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook)

– Help convey the "Sriracha Brand Voice" through captions, comments and other forms of engagement

  • – Respond to customer service inquiries received from DM’s or emails*
  • – Respond to questions/comments on social media posts *

– Create content for social media posts (photos, reposts, illustrations, etc.)

  • -Be able to create original lifestyle images and graphics*

– Provide monthly statistics showing growth, weaknesses, strengths, and opportunities moving forward

– Drive followers/customers to buy our product in retailers and online

– Be able to ideate and execute strategies for growth

  • – Develop a launch plan for April – June*

– Continuously provide expertise and recommendations for improving the brand

– Attend bi-weekly (weekly during launch*) zoom meetings to discuss brand updates and social media strategy calendar

– Solid communication through email, phone, and alternative project organization platform (ie. Basecamp)
