Reunion Golf and Country Club has an exciting opportunity of for a

Food and Beverage Manager.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a professional and courteous demeanor, be creative-minded, have strong written and verbal communication skills, exhibit a thorough understanding of elevated service and hospitality and have strong leadership and people management skills.

Our Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing daily functions of various Food and Beverage facets including but not limited to member/guest satisfaction and customer service, personnel training and development, menu mix, ordering, vendor preference, food production, inventory, and catering functions.

Critical components of this position include, but are not limited to:

Monitoring business volume, labor, inventory, productivity and costs while forecasting and planning accordingly. Ensuring the proper management of all dining outlets and catered events. Organizing and attending regular meetings and training sessions including daily preshift, monthly training and quarterly/annual strategic planning. Administering menu design, POS maintenance, product pricing, ordering and inventory control.

This position reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage and General Manager.

The most suitable individual for this position will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field. 4 years of managerial experience and 2 years of experience in a private club are preferred.
