Established HVAC and plumbing company is looking to hire a full-time Office Manager that will be responsible for running the company from the office, currently, remotely.
The following describes the most essential components of the job:
Must have at least 3 years of experience with dispatching and scheduling. [Experience with Housecall Pro software is preferred but not required]
Must be familiar with keeping track of money spent and collected on a daily basis to share with the Owner. [All templates for tracking have been established, you will just need to follow suit.]
Must have the ability to compile daily, weekly and monthly profit/loss reports without fail.
Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette is mandatory for this position.
Must be able to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively.
Must be able to process all receipts, payments received by the technicians throughout the week and put all expenses [receipts] and payments onto a pre-existing excel spreadsheet tracker.
Assist with weekly payroll preparations
Check mail daily and apply payments received to invoices
Must be able to type efficiently and free of grammatical errors with proper English.
Good note-taking is required.
Customer follow-up is required.
Must be able to bill out invoices daily through various vendor portals.
This position requires a great deal of attention to detail, prioritization, efficiency, good mannerisms, patience, time-management, organization, and general computer skills.
