We are looking for the perfect fit to help grow our startup operation. We are 2 years into launching a commercial security and fire life safety integration company and are growing steadily.

Disposition: This person has a great attitude, a positive get things done mentality, and works well with people. You have attention to detail and are passionate about doing things the right way and collaborating with a team. You are results-oriented and tech savvy with an interest in learning new technologies and skills. You learn fast, and can adapt your communication style to flow with your environment. This person is confident, driven, and values the work-life balance mantra. You efficiently skip from task to task constantly re-prioritizing and communicating with your team. Ultimately, you care about the work you do and you respect those who share that mentality. And, not to be understated being the last of the disposition items – you can have fun at work and a sense of humor (even though our work is serious)!

Responsibilities: Anything and Everything. Here are just a few tasks you may perform

*Client Communication (Service Calls, Service Dispatch)

*Data Entry, Updating Client CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus)

*Ordering Parts, Shipping Materials

*Deposit Checks, Reconcile Mail, File Client Contracts

*Misc. Admin/Executive Assistant items

Growth: We are a startup with ambitious growth. As we build our team every hire we make is mission critical and those who start with us have a blank canvas opportunity to grow with us! We aspire to open offices throughout CA and then eventually in other states (CO, TX, TN, WA, etc…).

Work Environment: predominantly from home (but plugged in with phone/slack/asana/email) and occasionally at our Co-Working office in Irvine for meetings (or you can go there if you just need to get out of the house) and sometimes in the field at job sites (we work alongside Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Construction). Hours will vary between 5-12 hours per week.

Prior experience with managing tasks in Asana
