  • Portray the underlying profitable business alongside the investments/expenses that are driving growth in a way that allows all stakeholders to understand and appreciate the earnings and performance of the core business and the amounts and timing of all investments and returns on those investments
  • Monitor the business models throughout the organization and build processes to protect those models and improve them where possible; create models and forecasts to portray company’s growth plans
  • Support CDP’s current and future debt and equity fundraising efforts
  • Become a business partner to each executive and their project managers and teams, supporting and serving them in budget preparation, reporting and analysis needs, and ad hoc requests for support

  • Lead the annual budgeting process
  • Sustain and improve daily, weekly, and monthly operational and clinical reporting
  • Lead improvements in the data access, report creation, visualization, and automation of all current and future reporting requests and needs
  • Review and develop the financial justification for various capital investments, including an annual CAPEX budget to fulfill requirements to maintain and improve each location and its equipment, supporting CDP’s mission to create an amazing patient experience
  • Provide support to the Business Development department as needed
