Job Description

Education • 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential. Work Experience Required • Experience in managing an unskilled labor force in a labor-intensive industry • 5-10 years’ experience managing multiple sites and customer relationships • A minimum of 4 years of employment with one employer is a must Skills & Talents Required • Experienced in building, managing and leading a high-performance team • Experience with on-boarding operations team during acquisition phases • Experience with scaling operations • Experienced in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships • History of handling multiple priorities for sophisticated and demanding customers • Skilled in hiring, firing and performance feedback • History of success in interviewing and hiring managerial talent • Proven P&L responsibility • Experienced in developing, meeting and beating fiscal budgets • Must be able to communicate clearly and frequently both verbally and in writing up and down the chain of command • Extensive skills in Excel spreadsheets, automated time keeping and PowerPoint presentations • Proven skills to develop and manage safety programs • Bi-lingual ability is a plus Competencies required • Intense honesty/integrity.
