The City of Victorville is seeking a Director of Electric Utility Services with a background in public sector municipalities. The ideal candidate will be expected to have extensive experience in gas and electric utility management and operations. This individual will be well-versed in electric utility requirements, power resource management practices, regulatory oversight, and laws and construction codes related to the development and operation of an electric and natural gas utility. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, electrical engineering, or a related field and progressively responsible administrative and leadership experience involving a major division of a governmental or private utility organization. Current management/senior analyst with budget, electric utility rate, and project management experience are encouraged to apply.
