Imagine You Inc is a Level 12 Group Home that will soon transition into (STRTP) Short Term Residential Treatment Program. The minors that come into our care are wards of the court from CPS to Probation. The behaviors range from Defiant,Gang Involvement, Exploited Teens, Mental Illness, Past Trauma, Etc.
Meet one qualification to apply:
1)Bachelors of Arts or Science Degree.
2)Valid Child Development Teaching Permit.
3) Completed 12 semester units in Early Childhood Education, Adolescent Development, or Foster and Kinship Care Education and have at least 100 hours of experience working with youth.
4)Valid certificate as an Alcohol Counselor, Drug Counselor, and have at least 100 hours of experience working with youth.
5)Valid vocational training certificate, credential, or documentation demonstration that the individual is a trade journey who instructs children in vocational skills and have at least 100 hours experience working with youth.
6)Full time staff or served as a volunteer at a Group home, STRTP or substance abuse treatment program for at least one year.
7)Relevant life experience in the child welfare, mental health or Juvenal justice system as a consumer, mentor or caregiver.
Looking for applicants that are strong willed, can follow a scheduled program and implement them, deal with stressful situations, structure environment, active, correct minors that act out, can deal with a fast pace environment.

COVID-19 considerations:
Staff are required to wear mask while on shift. Temp checks are done, washing hands and questionnaire regarding Covid-19. All staff, Children and Visitors are screened to prevent Covid from coming into the facility. Wipe downs done 5x day.
