Our Customer Service Supervisor plans, directs and coordinates the day-to-day operations, work activities and resources necessary to maintain and enhance the Customer Service team. Further, they interact with internal and external customers to provide information in response to inquiries about technical support, products, services and address and resolve complaints. Processing orders, returns, warranties, preparing correspondence to maintain and build relationships with prospective and current customers is a core responsibility. The Customer Service Supervisor provides information, support, and training to ensure a successful Customer Service experience for each customer, internal and external.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
