Electronic Visit Verification Representative
Position: EVV Representative
Job Summary: Communication with clients and attendants as required for processing and maintaining the EVV calls. Working with attendants regarding compliance review and resolving compliance issues.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm accuracy of and reviews dates and times to make necessary corrections in system
- Responds to inquiries regarding entered data as requested
- Reconciling telephone calls and adjusting schedules to reflect actual hours rendered
- Follow rules, policies, procedures and instructions.
- Perform other job related duties as required
Production/Expectations:

- Expected number of Calls to process/verify:
- Goal of 200 per Day
- Conduct 1,000 per Week
- Follow rules, policies, procedures and instructions.
Requirements
- Strong communications skills, including the ability to maintain composure in addressing stressful and/challenging situations.
- Able to work independently while contributing to team expectations
- Adhere to scheduled working hours
- Accomplish daily goals effectively
- Must be highly detailed oriented
- Good phone etiquette
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 – 3 years customer service required
- 1 – 3 related experience preferred
- Intermediate computer and technical skills – able to create moderately complex documents and spreadsheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 – $14.00 per hour
