Electronic Visit Verification Representative

Position: EVV Representative

Job Summary: Communication with clients and attendants as required for processing and maintaining the EVV calls. Working with attendants regarding compliance review and resolving compliance issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm accuracy of and reviews dates and times to make necessary corrections in system
  • Responds to inquiries regarding entered data as requested
  • Reconciling telephone calls and adjusting schedules to reflect actual hours rendered
  • Follow rules, policies, procedures and instructions.
  • Perform other job related duties as required

Production/Expectations:

  • Confirm accuracy of and reviews dates and times to make necessary corrections in

  • Reconciling telephone calls and adjusting schedules to reflect actual hours rendered
  • Expected number of Calls to process/verify:
  • Goal of 200 per Day
  • Conduct 1,000 per Week
  • Follow rules, policies, procedures and instructions.

Requirements

  • Strong communications skills, including the ability to maintain composure in addressing stressful and/challenging situations.
  • Able to work independently while contributing to team expectations
  • Adhere to scheduled working hours
  • Accomplish daily goals effectively
  • Must be highly detailed oriented
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1 – 3 years customer service required
  • 1 – 3 related experience preferred
  • Intermediate computer and technical skills – able to create moderately complex documents and spreadsheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 – $14.00 per hour
