A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER
As a full-time Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running efficiently. Your primary responsibilities are to answer incoming calls from clients and use Service Titan scheduling and dispatching software to schedule plumbing service calls.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that dispatching is performed in a timely manner and their needs are met. Because there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with, you are never bored! You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to type 35-40 WPM
- Customer service experience
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass periodic drug tests
Experience with Service Titan scheduling and dispatching software is a plus, but not required! Do you want to help people? Are you dependable and reliable?
