Job Description: Full-time call center position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 10:15 AM to 7:00 PM.
Duties: Answer inbound phone lines, assisting customers with courtesy and professionalism. Respond to inbound emails and process faxed documents. Update customer information in database and perform other tasks as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: 2+ years call center experience is required. Call center experience should include handling inbound phone lines as well as electronic communication such as email. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and attention to detail. Pleasant and patient demeanor. Works well with others and can handle pressure. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
