RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Obtain backup documentation and organize remittance information from customer portals (i.e. Walmart, CVS, Amazon, etc.)
  • Research vendor compliance fees and assist with timely resolution of disputed items working with CFS, Sales and Sales Finance
  • Support CFS Team in various day to day/monthly transactions and administrative needs
  • Correspond with customers to collect past due invoices and resolve outstanding deductions.
  • Respond to requests from Sales team or customer for Return Authorization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred or comparable work experience
  • 1-3 years commercial collections and deduction resolution experience in fast moving consumer packaged goods environment preferred
  • Must have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of interpreting financial statements and key ratios to effectively assess credit risk
  • Strong MS Excel: ie VLookup and pivot tables
  • Powerpoint graphing
  • Experience in SAP
  • Strong organizational, follow-through and decision-making skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Ability to establish & maintain positive working relationships and to effectively communicate & interact with customers and across internal functions such as (Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, Accounting, etc.)
