Our mission is to help those people find their inspiration and create a life they love. As a Pinterest employee, you’ll be challenged to take on work that upholds this mission and pushes Pinterest forward. You’ll grow as a person and leader in your field, all the while helping users make their lives better in the positive corner of the internet.

The Commercial Legal Team at Pinterest negotiates Pinterest’s inbound and supplier agreements. We are looking for a Contracts Manager with a strong background in contracts administration to join our team. The position will be central to the development of our processes for intake and review of agreements and will serve as the first point of contact for all of our cross functional partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Autonomously administer our contracts management system, including doing intake and triage work, issue spotting, looping in appropriate stakeholders, making attorney assignments, routing agreements for approvals and signatures, generating reports, and performing administrative work
  • As the first point of contact for business partners, you will serve as the “face” of the Commercial Legal Team. This means that you will be responsible for ensuring our clients understand what we do and why we do it (through communication, training, documentation, etc.) and ensuring that our clients have a seamless, efficient and positive experience
  • Work closely with the team to help us build processes and systems to scale globally

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone with 3+ years in-house experience administering a contracts management system
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in the ability to clarify legal jargon and contract structure
  • A collaborative, team player who likes relationship building across the organization
  • A problem solver who can anticipate needs and offer solutions
  • Expertise in building processes to scale contract processing and review in a fast-paced environment (including template and provision libraries, automation in review, standard responses, and playbooks)
