Responsible for managing SMG's new sales content lifecycle strategy which will improve and automate content delivery for SMG sellers.
The successful candidate will lead a cross-organization program leveraging a new AI-based enterprise sales enablement platform to automate content delivery, enhance findability and search, enable customized customer presentations and deliver advanced analytics measuring content engagement to improve content development.
The role focus includes, but is not limited to:
Aligning across Sales, Marketing and Partner audiences and stakeholders to define a cross-BU sales enablement content strategy
Ensuring content production is aligned to strategy, business objectives and seller needs
Defining the seller sales content and communication experience and engage actively with sellers and content producers to define and manage sales plays and content briefcases for key sales motions and verticals.
Defining policies, frameworks and standards for the management of the sales content. lifecycle and use engagement data/insights to continuously grow program maturity and support the author community.
Developing a seller and content developer engagement response center framework to support content production.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
Experience with content development, activation and curation
Ability to use data and insights effectively to develop and influence program strategy.

Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or equivalent
6+ years sales enablement and program management experience.
Experience with Adobe, Seismic, Salesforce, Power BI, WordPress
Strong collaborator to align cross-organizational teams on common goals and execute in a disciplined fashion.
Experience working in sales operations
