Maintain construction management software

Create schedules

Coordinate vendors

Manage material

Coordinate purchases and equipment rentals

Obtain subcontractors proposals

Review contracts Obtain material cost and value engineering options

Prepare estimates as indicated by management

Ensure sub-contractors comply with our guidelines

Report and track potential change orders (PCO)

Maintain the schedule of values per project (SOV)

Assemble requests for pricing (RFP)

Update requests for information (RFI) Compose scopes of work (SOW)

Create meeting agendas

Perform analysis of collected data

Prepare relevant and reliable forecasts

Conduct complex risk analysis activities

Create and present reports to upper management

Analyze and evaluate offers/proposals

Build and maintain long-term relationships with the key vendors/subcontractors site visits and kick-off meetings

Meet with potential clients, subcontractors and engineers to determine the scope of work.

Attend client meetings as necessary for post-bid scope analysis

Review contracts and manage contract administration awarded contracts as assigned.

May include estimating extra work items, change orders, credits, procuring material, etc Plans, organizes and staffs key field positions through department heads

Establishes project objectives, procedures and performance standards Initiates and maintains liaison with prime clients and Architect/Engineer contacts to facilitate construction activities

Monitors/controls construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigates potentially serious situation and implement corrective measures

Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interests and simultaneously maintain good relationships with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
