Condominium Administration Accountant, Aqua-Aston Hospitality, Full Time – Honolulu, HI 96815

Position Summary:
Responsible for the financial operations and timely reporting of all manager Homeowner Association.

Position Responsibilities: Coordinate the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash reconciliation funtions for managed associations assigned. Prepare and distribute annual budgets and monthly financial reports for each association. Coordinate association fund balances to ensure separation of operating and capital funding and related expenses are reported appropriately. Oversee association accounts receivable and payable processes. Review and monitor processing of association payroll and the appropriate allocation of related costs to the managed properties. Assist with annual audits and record retention policies by preparing documents for review. Responsible for security and control of ash generated by the association. Coordinate the pursuit of delinquent accounts in accordance with the association documents and instruction Respond to owners’ inquiries and escrow demands appropriately and in a timely manner. Is responsible for ensuring that Homeowner Association financials meet GAAP compliance. Perform financial statement analysis on Homeowner Association financial statements.

Positions Requirements: 4 year degree/diploma in Accounting or Business or equivalent additional experience to substitute for experience. 5 or more years of experience in Accounting.
