- Under the direction of the Supervisor of Communications, answers incoming calls and connects calls to proper departments, patients rooms and medical personnel.
- Processes in-house calls, and long distance calls.
- Monitors alarms.
- Pages physicians and other medical personnel.
- Dispatches Security and Maintenance Units as appropriate.
- Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.

Experience: Dispatch or Telephone Answering experience
Other: Computer Skills
Preferred Education: High school diploma.
