Develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers resulting in increased levels of customer Collections. This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our customers.
Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in order to understand customers’ needs.
Proactively contact customers who are identified as having outstanding balances from the services which the customer has engaged with the company and ensure that every opportunity to collect the payments from the customers are investigated and dealt with.
Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers if and when required
Document customer outcomes to add to our knowledge of reasons why customers has an outstanding balance.
Identify new business practices that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation and non payment.
Report regularly to team leader on all activities relating to the role.
Skills and Experience:
Must speak fluent English. Ideally, bilingual English and Spanish but not required but nice to have.
Confidence and enthusiasm.
Proven solid Collections experience. As well as ideally in Retention and AR.
Experience in a general office, customer service or sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone manner.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage their own workload.
Pro-active approach to process improvement.
An understanding of Internet marketing and web design.
High school diploma or GED
Previous call center experience or demonstrated sales ability
Experience using an auto-dialer system

Able to perform multiple and rapid internet searches
