The Clinic Lead – Assistant – Customer Service for Veterinary Mobile Clinic plays a critical role in overall operational performance of the clinics he/she is assigned to. This role will ensure that our clinics operate to the Vetco standards, ensuring all clinic team members deliver the professional quality of service to our customers per Vetco expectations. As a Clinic Lead – Assistant, you will help operate the clinic, while working with the team to make sure the clinics run according to Vetco expectations.

As a Vetco team member – Clinic Lead – Assistant for Veterinary Mobile Clinics, you will meet your team at our local dispatch office, then travel to your assigned Petco clinic locations for the day. At the clinics, you and your team will greet the pet parents and recommend the services that will best protect their pets. You and your team will assist the Veterinarian so the services can be administered and thank the pet parent for protecting their pet with Vetco!

Qualifications for Clinic Lead – Customer Service – Assistant:

  • 21 yrs + with clean driving record

  • Proven leadership skills

  • Superior customer service skills/experience

  • Veterinary experienced preferred, but will train right candidates

  • Must work weekends


Responsibilities for Clinic Lead – Customer Service – Assistant:

  • Operate company vehicles safely between Petco clinic locations

  • Ensure all procedures and policies are followed

  • Primary point of contact for store partners

  • Lead by example in meeting customer service expectations

  • Confirm every customer leaves with a smile and team delivers a WOW experience to every pet and pet parent

  • Make sure your team is professional and has fun!
