Tire Rescue is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team! The successful candidate will work in our call center department to coordinate tire related roadside assistance nationwide for motor club members.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service appointments and update customer status into road service management system
- Interact with customers to provide product and service information
Qualifications:
- Map reading ability
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Able to work weekends with 2 consecutive mid-weekdays off
- Recreational Vehicle and/or Vehicle knowledge a plus
- Auto Mechanic and/or Tire knowledge a plus

- Supervisor / Manager promotions to the right candidates
- Full-time (40 hours)
- Salary: $30,000.00 to $38,000.00 /year + bonuses
