We will train and provide you with all the information you need to succeed. JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a member of our marketing department your primary responsibility will be calling candidates to pre-qualify and schedule phone appointments. Occasionally we have work events for a change of environment. Receive hourly plus sizable commissions! You DO NOT have to close sales. The position is to simply set appointments from a warm list about the services we offer and schedule an in-home appointment for further evaluation. We will do the rest!
Your specific duties as a telemarketer includes:
- Make 250+ outbound calls a day
- Influence customers to set up a free estimate using a prepared script
- Work with potential customers to find best time for free estimate
- Verify & input customer's information into database
- Must maintain professional demeanor
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
You must be passionate, highly goal-oriented with the ability to take full advantage of all opportunities. You must also be detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.It is also vital to your role as a telemarketer that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, and that you possess the ability to easily establish rapport with your customers. You must also have a strong work ethic and be eager and willing to learn our proven telemarketing process. Paid vacation after a year.
