Park Place currently has an exciting career opportunity for a dedicated and experienced professional to assume the key full-time position of Business Office/Admissions Director at our Assisted Living community located in South Seattle. (We are just a short walk from the Myrtle Street Light Link Rail stop.)
The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for working with seniors and a strong background of prior success leading the overall functions of a Business Office, preferably at a senior living community, or within a related field. All team members must adhere to a strict customer service philosophy by providing excellent customer service to our residents, their families, and fellow co-workers.
Should you be selected for this key leadership position, you will be charged with facilitating the successful day-to-day operations of Park Place’s overall business office and admission functions. This management level role will require you to provide guidance and direction to our concierge/reception team, while handling duties associated with Human Resources/Payroll functions; receivables/payables; billing and collection; petty cash; resident move-ins and tours; general office support; employee onboarding/training; and regulatory compliance. In addition to working with the awesome team we have in place at the property, you will have an opportunity to work closely with RHF’s corporate level office staff in support of corporate accounting, payroll, and human resource activities that impact our site.
