We are looking to expand our team with creative, talented, and passionate people who are committed to the growth of our existing products as well as new products we intend to launch. Teltech's sister companies in Mosaic Group include iTranslate (Apple Design Award Winner 2018), Daily Burn (top-rated health and fitness company), and Apalon.

We are looking to expand our team with a Director of Business Development. In this role, you will report directly to the SVP of Operations and be responsible for all aspects of new business development, including opportunity definition, market analysis, relationship development, evangelization, negotiation, and planning. Previous US carrier and/or telecom experience is strongly preferred.

What you will do:

  • Look for new opportunities to expand Teltech's revenue through our existing suite of products, as well as explore and suggest new market opportunities.
  • Work directly with the Executive Team to increase revenue through strategic partnerships, affiliate programs, bundling, and other identified go-to-market channels.
  • Direct new business activities from initial contact through closing; planning, and engaging with internal resources as needed.
  • Evangelize Teltech through participation and various trade and industry events.
  • Other strategic projects as needed at the direction of the Executive Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five years or equivalent senior-level business development experience, ideally working with US mobile carriers, telecommunications firms, or the mobile application industry, with a proven history of generating revenue
  • Proven experience building out new business development strategies and tactics
  • Experience with the mobile application economy, both iOS and Android.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A large network of contacts within our industry.
  • A strong team player who enjoys collaborating, asking for help when necessary, and getting things done without an ego.
  • Some travel (~25%)
