We have an opening for a Global B2B MarTech Program Lead. The ideal candidate exhibits a practiced balance of technical expertise, business strategy, storytelling and relationship building. The studio thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous and collaborative environment where learning is a constant and multiple initiatives running in parallel.

Work you’ll do:

As a Program Lead, you will collaborate with technical specialists, architects and IT leaders to drive and partner with our Global stakeholders (i.e., Brand, Marketing, in-house agencies, Eminence, etc.). You will lead requirements and strategy sessions, define product roadmaps and steer project teams to plan, design, implement and support solutions.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Embraces business strategies and its S.M.A.R.T. objectives so that individual is an engaging, trusted advisor with perspectives of how and where IT can deliver value
  • Collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to select and secure best-of-breed, 3rd-party IT products that maximizes its business impact across the Deloitte network
  • Elicits and documents functional requirements and test strategies for technical solutions
  • Quicker learner of new and emerging products with an eye towards its application to Deloitte
  • Possesses advanced understanding of business analysis competencies, modeling, workflows and methodologies
  • Directs and monitors business analysis activities to ensure the traceability and optimum coverage of business requirements with change request backlog.
  • Collaborates with application developers, designers, testers, and architects to ensure a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed function requirements.
  • Manages the tactical progress of projects by delivering reports, tracking activities, resolving issues, and recommending actions, reactively and proactively
  • Inspire and lead junior team members (virtual and in-person) for performance and outcomes
  • Identify strategy for data monitoring, hygiene, modeling, etc. to enforce the integrity of solutions

  • Minimum 10+ years of related business analysis
  • Minimum of 5+ years of running an IT or digital marketing program(s)
  • Experience in leading and inspiring a distributed, agile team to deliver outcomes
  • Strong capabilities facilitating strategic discussions with IT and business stakeholders
  • Leverage analytics to inform strategy and tactical execution
  • Experience in partnering with a governance board to capture, prioritize and reconcile competing business priorities
  • Excellent presentation skills and executive presence with a focus on storytelling
  • Delivery on strategies that impact digital channels (i.e., web, social, email, mobile app, voice apps, etc.)
  • Experience with some digital marketing tools and concepts (i.e., marketing automation, data platform, digital asset management, SEO, account-based marketing, GDPR, etc.)
  • Successfully delivered IT projects and with cross-functional teams in a matrix-oriented enterprise
  • Travel 10% or less

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university

Other Qualifications:

  • BSA certification (CBAP or CCBA) preferred but not required
  • Experience collaborating with brand, marketing and/or agency stakeholders
  • Establish marketing data modeling and architecture
  • Project management and planning
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working with Agile development processes
  • Scrum master certification is a plus
