Branch Manager – Avon, IN

Are you ready to make a difference?In this position, theBranch Managerwill receive extensive training in the field of management, leadership, communication and Applied Behavioral Analysis. This leader will use the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with regular support and training from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and other clinicians as needed to provide support, cover schedules for ABA therapists as needed and manage day to day clinical operations. Responsibilities and Duties for Branch Manager

  • Display leadership skills (e.g., remain positive, build team morale, set an example for best therapy practices)
  • Cover therapist absences by providing one-on-one ABA therapy and small group therapy with patients
  • Provide training and support to behavior therapist and other clinical staff as needed
  • Know and follow policies and procedures of Applied Therapy & Behavior Services
  • Communicate with other staff, insurance billing company, parents and treatment team members including outside patient providers
  • Collect daily data on patient behaviors, goals and progress
  • Follow all applicable laws including HIPAA and FERPA
  • Learn and use company or required software and programs such as the electronic data system and potentially including video-conference applications
  • Participate in training and required credentialing
  • Communicate appropriately and effectively with clinicians and patients
  • Address problem behaviors and daily needs of patients
  • Maintain confidentiality for patients, families and center by abiding by all HIPPA regulations
  • Ability to perform other assigned duties/tasks

Qualifications and Skills for Branch Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a related field such as psychology, social work, sociology, speech, or occupational therapy required
  • 2+ years of experience working with children with special needs and/or ABA experience required
  • 5+ years of management experience preferred
  • Enjoys working with children, have great communication skills, be well organized, flexible, patient, and willing to learn
  • Participates/contributes to a team work philosophy
  • Full Indiana State Police criminal background check
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Lift and assist patients (at least 45 + pounds as needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $46,000.00 /year


  • Management: 5 years (Preferred)
  • working with children with special needs or ABA: 2 years (Required)
