Prepares repair estimates for customers and insurance carriers.
Sells estimate to both insurance adjuster and customer.
Obtains agreed figures.
Updates customers on any turned down items, customer pay items or betterment issues.
Assists in coordinating sublet repairs with outside vendors.
Assists in scheduling proper man power and parts ordering.
Follows up on supplemental sales with all parties.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requires good interpersonal, customer service and people skills.
Minimum five years experience in body and paint work.
Requires a can do attitude.
Must be quick with numbers.
Must be self-motivated.
Must have strong work ethic and commitment to extra hours when needed.
