Gray is currently seeking an outgoing and talented Architectural Tech to join our team here in Anaheim, CA. This new team member will work directly with our per-construction A&E Division, allowing opportunity to gain valuable hands on experience while playing a key part in Gray’s success.
Consults with customer to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, and equipment.
Assists with layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for customer review and approval.
Is active in developing Revit and AutoCad standards.
Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for customers, construction personnel, sub-consultants, and design-build subcontractors.
May assist design managers in administration, review and coordination of project submittals.
May periodically assist design managers in conducting on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
Prepares project designs and plans using computer assisted design software and equipment.
Other duties may be assigned.
Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet, AutoCad, Revit and e-mail applications.

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; degree from a technical college and minimum of two (2) years closely related experience; or (5) five years experience in directly related field .
