The Bariatric Program Manager for the Center for Surgical Weight Loss functions as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team of care providers who reflect a culture of cooperation, enthusiasm and mutual respect. The Bariatric Program Manager is responsible for orchestrating the patient’s interactions with the interdisciplinary team of providers to best serve the surgical weight loss patient, their family and care partners in order to ensure an optimal patient experience. This process includes facilitating appointments, patient education, community outreach and continuity of care for the patient and family. Under the direct supervision of Center for Surgical Weight Loss Program Coordinator for perioperative services and in collaboration with the Director of the Center for Surgical Weight Loss, surgeons, mid-level providers, dieticians, social workers, nursing and other members of the team synchronizes patient services and outreach components of the program. This includes facilitating the patients care both pre and post operatively. In addition the Bariatric Program Manager will assist in the collection of clinical registry data supervised by the Center For Surgical Weight Loss Program Coordinator.
Bahelors Degree Required, with a healthcare concentration preferred.
Moderate to advanced computer skills required.

Quality improvement data collection experience preferred.
Data entry experience preferred
