We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketers to cold call former customers and answer incoming calls in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience in technology sales a plus. Compensation includes hourly wage, spiffs, and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Cold call customers using a given customer list to sell products and update accounts
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts and product documents to provide information about products’ features, benefits and prices
- Inform customers of current promotions
- Document the customer’s information accurately in a computer system
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Skills:
- Experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Persistent and results-oriented
