AVP – Technology (Client Success Management) – New York, NY

The AVP – Business Mgmt (Xandr Data Client Success Management) leads client success management functions across business and operating units (Xandr TV, Xandr Digital, Xandr Media, Warner Media, AT&T CommCo). This position will primarily focus on data applications within Xandr (Audience Marketplace, TV platform, DSP, etc.). Coordinates across multiple operating unit executives to enable Xandr Data platform and data products. Responsible for Executive Alignment with internal business units and external operating units to ensure alignment on product roadmap and overall value exchange. Serves as a liaison to business/operating unit personnel, including the responsibility to evaluate platform initiatives, enhancements, and issues. Responsible for soliciting and incorporating feedback into platforms, products, and final deliverables. Implements the data value exchange model and owns implementation and oversight of the Data Exchange Agreements that govern the “supply” of data from each business/operating unit and the “demand” or use of data products by each business/operating unit. Works closely with Product Management and Data Science to ensure successful execution of go to market strategy with client, and definition of “whole-product” solutions.

Education: Holds an advanced degree, MBA preferred.
Experience:Typically requires 10+ years experience.
