We are looking for autism ABA line therapists who love to work with children with autism spectrum disorder, and love to make a difference in a child’s life each time they come to work. We do something called Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). There is an extensive training involved so no experience is necessary!
Hours are Part Time 2:15pm-630pm Monday through Friday. Expect to start at about 15-25 hours per week.
Working 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum following an ABA treatment plan.
Autism ABA Line Therapist Requirements: 18 years of age, high school diploma or GED, experience working with children, valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, proof of current car insurance,_ clear background check (if any arrests are on record we cannot hire)_. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. An understanding that this position could potentially be handling behaviors. Must be able to transport clients.
Autism ABA Line Therapist Independent-contractors: This position is a 1099 Independent-contracting job. This means that there is no mileage reimbursement, medical benefits, and taxes are not withheld from paychecks.

Starting pay is $11/hour. RBT certification is required within 90 days, once that is passed, the position will move to W2 from 1099.
