Associate Doctor of Chiropractic
The Associate Doctor is responsible for recruiting, building, maintaining, and growing a portfolio of wellness patients. This individual will work closely with the team to create an exceptional patient experience in a high volume clinic, assist patients into the care they need, and promote the clinic as the leader in healthcare in the community. The incumbent relies highly on the ability to communicate effectively and work well with others while maintaining meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate for this role is goal focused, collaborative, results oriented, coachable, and has a heart of service.

Provide a strategic plan and expertise to patients that will help them achieve results with care.
Conduct frequent follow-up with patients to determine the effectiveness of treatment plans and fine-tune treatment needed to maximize patient results
Analyze patient cases based on patient information, examination and X-ray, along with any other patient data, and provide a recommendation of care to include a series of chiropractic adjustments and therapy if needed to achieve positive results.
Build a portfolio of wellness patients through proxy referrals, as well as identify outreach opportunities with local businesses.
Present to the lead doctor patients progress and what is needed to achieve desired results.
Develop effective relationships with patients in order to better serve them and guide them though an active and wellness treatment plan.
Lead a team to accomplish the goals set forth by the clinic.
Able to to analyze data, make decisions based on limited information, and solve problems
Demonstrated ability to make decisions, offer strong recommendations, and take responsibility for results
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Proficient with computers to include word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM
Self-starter who can work independently within existing processes or operate effectively with ambiguity
Strong customer service skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop meaningful relationships with patients, staff, and community.
Goal oriented with a drive to succeed
Strong leadership skills
Must have doctor of chiropractic degree
Basic Activator Certification Preferred
Passed parts 1-4 of National Boards
Passed Physiotherapy National Board
Have a Mississippi State License or applied for licensure examination in Mississippi
Long periods of standing/walking/adjusting patients
Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
Travel expected on weekends 4-6 times per year for continuing education and personal/professional development.

Pay: $48,170.00 – $58,874.00 per year
