What You Will Do:
Assist with the management of a park district to provide a safe, enjoyable experience for our guests. Take the lead role in managing office and visitor interaction when the district supervisor or park manager is not available. Utilize an online reservation system, ability to use Microsoft office software, perform accounting tasks with park revenues from permit and camping sales. Assist with safety inspections and routine grounds/facility maintenance tasks.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
The ability to complete a large volume of work in a timely fashion. Organizational skills, ability to manage your time, guide others in their time management, attention to detail, accounting skills, good communication skills with customers and other employees, teamwork, and dependability. Able to develop a working knowledge of how parks operate. Work in a typical office environment and outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
