The Assistant Manager is an individual who partners with the General Manager to lead and support the success of their restaurant. The success achieved by the managers will lead to the overall success of our brand.

The Assistant Managers role is multi faceted and includes the following: a leader in the restaurant, mentor and coach of people, a champion of the culture, and dedicated sales builder. Successful Assistant Managers serve as role models of the Restaurants standards, systems and operational excellence.
