Job Overview
: Assistant Directors/Managers are the restaurant leaders who lead the Supervisors to

ensure excellence in all areas.

  • Upholds: CFA Standards & Culture
  • Upholds brand standards (@CFAHome)
  • Upholds food safety and quality standards (SAFE & eRQA’s)
  • Upholds restaurant cleanliness and safety (ROE)
  • Creates: Restaurant Environment
  • Creates daily restaurant experience for the team through positive feedback
  • Creates daily plans for running entire restaurant (Lineups, Checklists, etc.)
  • Coaches: Team leads/supervisors & Team Members
  • Coaches resource and tool alignment (Google Drive; @CFAHome, etc.)
  • Coaches next level leaders (Supervisor Classes)
  • Leverages Development Materials l to develop others
  • Anticipates: Restaurant Problems
  • Anticipates and solves capacity problems, i.e. throughput, staffing, etc.
  • Anticipates communication breakdowns (GroupMe, Gmail, etc.)
  • Anticipates cash flow and management issues (inFORM, Loomis)
  • Anticipates restaurant flow of information (Google Drive and other sources)
  • Analyzes: Business Results
  • Analyzes and utilizes customer metrics (CEM; Servicepoint)
  • Analyzes daily and weekly data (inFORM Daytrack; HotSchedules)
  • Analyzes monthly data (Food Cost; Labor Cost; Budgets)
  • Analyzes and utilizes reporting with direct reports (Dashboards)
  • Allocates and delegates daily, weekly, monthly tasks (Checklists;Todoist, or other tools, etc.)
  • Allocates weekly personnel resources and staff (HotSchedules)
  • Allocates daily personnel resources (Lineups; Team leader/Supervisor Teams)
