Thermal-Tec is seeking upbeat, energetic individuals to join our Inside Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads to have our Outside Sales team present our Commercial Roofing System.
The right individual will be comfortable talking with a range of business people on the phone, including maintenance and facilities managers, plant managers, operations managers and small business owners.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
· Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
· Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
· Self-motivated and self-directed
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
· Able to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude
· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
· Strong computer skills, including Google Applications (GMAIL, Google Calendar, Google Drive) and CRMs
· Working knowledge of Social Media platforms to find appropriate contacts (LinkedIn)
Minimum of 3 previous years of experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
This position is part-time to full time position, with flexible daytime hours (8am-5pm) to fit your schedule. Compensation is hourly, with performance-based bonuses.
All training and work will be performed at our home office in Cedar Springs. (Remote candidates will be considered upon resume review)
