We need to fill a manager position soon. Applicants will be expected to perform the role of an employee benefits insurance agent for 3-6 months to learn the position and to develop the skills needed to lead a team. We have a system that has been tried and proven.

Commissions: Average $52,500 first year. Average $138,000 5th Year. Uncapped Commissions with Residual Income.

What would you be doing?

  • Use Colonial Life’s proven prospecting and sales systems to obtain employer appointments.
  • Help employers design benefit and enrollment programs that fit the needs of their business.
  • Meet individually with employees to explain the benefits available to them. Help them enroll in their selections.
  • Once comfortable with the position, train and motivate new agents to succeed. Managers will receive additional compensation based on the performance of their agents.

Desired skills and experience:

– Energetic, self-starter attitude

– Previous sales experience preferred. Not required if humble and willing to learn.

– Life and Health Insurance License is required, but can be attained during the on-boarding process. We provide assistance and support.
