Administrative Assistant – Phoenix, AZ 85040

Administrative Assistant responsibilities include handling incoming phone calls, timekeeping, billing, invoicing and supporting all other branch functions.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum 2 years of administrative office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products primarily Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Heavy equipment or construction industry experience
  • Vocational training will be beneficial
