Generally, and approved by the Vice President, reports to a Director or Administrator in Leadership salary grades 210 through 225 or to a Medical Director or a Manager in mangement salary grades 50-53. May also report to a Manager is management salary grades 49 or lower with system-wide responsibility and/or a department size of more than 50 FTEs. Provides complex clerical and administrative support to the department. Uses advanced computer skills, including word processing, database management, presentation graphics, e-mail and spreadsheet preparation. Requires broad knowledge of GHS operations and organizational procedures. Handles confidential and/or sensitive information. Evaluates processes and makes suggestions for improvements. Completes departmental projects as assigned. Works under limited supervision and follows procedures and guidelines to perform assigned tasks.
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
