This position is a member of the branch administration team. They are in charge of providing assistance in processes such as invoicing, accounts payable, payment application, etc on a day to day basis. This position serves as the primary resource to employees and customers as it relates to billing and general administration, while maintaining confidentiality at all times and with a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as a go-to member in the accounts payable function.
Assists in payroll processing.
May assist in special projects for the Operations Manager.
Works with customer service to enter pricing and ensure all orders are being processed through billing.
Updates account billing information for invoice frequency and special billing instructions.
Works with other departments to assist with customer service, night clerk functions.
Works with customers regarding billing issues, questions and complaints.
Assists in any other administrative task as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps and road signs.
Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management.
Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
Ability to perform basic math functions.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Ability to learn operating procedures quickly and be able to execute consistently up to standard.
